QF-1000除钙剂是胶印机墨辊和水辊常规维护保养程序的必需品，该产品能强力清除各类墨辊上一般油墨清洗剂难以去除的钙盐沉淀物及表面活性剂的残留物，提高墨辊表面的传墨性能，它同样可以清除水辊上的钙质结晶并使它们的表面表现出完美的亲水、传水特性。

使用方法

本品的使用方法有二种

1、  自动除钙：将本品倒在要出该的墨辊或是水辊上50－100毫升（对开），具体的量要视墨辊表面结钙程度而定，然后转动墨辊或水辊5－10分钟，知道胶辊表面的钙化现象基本消除为止。再用清水将墨辊或水辊彻底清洗干净。

2、  手动除钙：如有某一根胶辊上结钙现象特别明显，可将本品倒在抹布上，在该胶辊表面来回擦拭，知道完全擦拭干净，再用清水擦一遍。

3、  避免用手直接接触本产品。
